Hot chocolate for winter season. Bowl of chocolate with marshmallows inside and chocolate which melts when the waiter is pouring the hot milk inside the cup. The waiter was very professional and polite. He brought me coconut milk because I was not drinking cow milk.
The building and interior is incredibly nice but the staff training and hotel protocols are not at all 5 star… for example, one problem was that they asked us when we leave our rooms if we used anything from the fridge, and we said no, and they make us wait to check if we tell the truth. Maybe they could check it without telling us and making us wait like humilaiated liars.. many other problems, but this was one of manu other examples of breaking 5 star hotel protocols.
We invited our friends from Zurich to Casa Capșa so they can experience the good old days in the place where Romanian famous writers used to come and get inspiration in this elegant place. They were delighted by the taste of the famous Joffre and the savarina.
Lovely old building in the City Center, beside the chocolate factory and Cafe with the same name, offering delicious cakes for over 100 years. The room walls were decorated with velvet, the bed was comfy. Unfortunately, my room seemed to have been a smoking room, as there was a very unpleasant smell of old cigaret smoke.

We visited the restaurant part of the hotel for their special seasonal hot chocolate.
Everything is excuisite.
Nice place to stay in the heart of the city. Staff and services are good. Check in time is 2 p.m.. easy to access different food shops near by. Air conditioning is fine. Decoration is unique, you can enjoy a vintage as the hotel is located in an old building. Wifi is working fine. Mini bar is there. Non smoking room. Hot water is available.
